The Butcher & Larder

September 23rd, 2011 by Katherine

The Butcher and Larder moved in down the street from the Quite Strong studio earlier this year. I was thrilled to have a shop specializing in delicious beef, poultry, charcuterie and sausage on the block. Rob and Allie, the owners of B&L, are established chefs in Chicago and have gone back to their passion of butchering. When B&L requested a website revamp in the exchange of meat, I jumped at the chance. Honestly, I couldn’t think of a better barter.

I quickly teamed-up with a talented local designer and techie, Ricky Salsberry to help bring the site to life. His attention to detail and innovative thinking were critical for the success of the website. Jill Wait is responsible for the delicious photography.

We’re happy to say that site’s up and the meat’s fresh! Enjoy.
