In her own words
I make a living happily – planning & designing user-friendly websites, e-commerce shops, business directories, & intranets at Orbit Media Studios, Inc. However, I am also a mixed media artist by night! I call it “fashion graffiti” because most pieces are combos of painting and drawing on top of magazine advertisements. I find it therapeutic to graffiti those images – making them more imperfect….like me.
I believe making art is an opportunity to express myself imaginatively, authentically and spontaneously to find personal fulfillment, emotional healing & transformation. My art is sometimes nonverbal, abstract and metaphorical, but it is my voice.
Words of advice
Hopefully you are in a fulfilling, challenging role at your job because progress is the great human ambition, but don’t forget to keep a balance between work and life.
You have this one life to live – savor those moments of alone time and family time – they will be the bits that help you find true happiness and growth in times of struggle.
