It’s better to be interested than to be interesting.

In her own words

I am an artist and graphic designer currently living and working in Portland, Oregon. I talk too much, have a problem with collecting paper ephemera, and work as the Director of Creative Projects at Pinball Publishing. I spend my time on print design, communication, writing and developing collaborative projects with the creative community.

My personal work is often language-based and rooted in direct engagement with the public. I am concerned with place, community, language and landscape. I am bored without adventure.

Words of advice

Shake a lot of hands, but also make real friends.
Try everything, but remember what doesn’t work.
Work hard, but sleep enough.
Make constantly, but also take time to think.

It’s better to be interested than to be interesting.
Content is crucial.
Please be clear and honest.
