Ag47 is an arts mentorship program serving pre-teen and teenage girls in the Chicago, IL neighborhood of Logan Square. They meet regularly to create and share art together. As a collective of women artists, Ag47 knows that collaborative creation can help young women see their power as shapers of their community. Through mentorship, they have the opportunity to support young women as they develop an understanding of themselves as creators, commentators, and community members.
Ag47′s next session begins in October and will run until April. Quite Strong has partnered with Ag47 and we are excited to start working on their re-brand and participating in classes with the girls.
