In her own words
Hola! My name is Amaranta Martínez, I’m an illustrator from Venezuela. I worked as an Art Director for Nickelodeon Latin America for several years. One day I decided to move on, although it was very hard for me to part and leave my wonderful team it was time to find my own voice. I started freelancing doing animation, motion graphics and many fun projects, but then, I decided to become Piktorama developing my own illustration style and making my playful and magic world come to life.
Words of advice
Do the most simple thing that should apply for everything you do in life is: Do what you do with Love… and everything else will follow.
Matrioshkas. This is a 5 color silkscreen I did for an exhibition in Ft. Lauderdale last year.
Teapot. This is a 4 color silkscreen I did for an exhibition in Buenos Aires two years ago.
Cupcake placemats I did for Monoblock an Argentinian brand that have fun and creative products done by illustrators around the world.
