Elaine is a freelance art director, graphic designer, and illustrator. Working in every medium from broadcast, to interactive design, to hand-drawn illustration, she’s worked with several high-profile clients including Land Rover, MillerCoors, The Coca-Cola Company, Alberto Culver, World Poker Tour, Toshiba Laptops, Bacardi Limited, and Acco. The advertising world has given her a solid background in brand strategy and an impeccable way with words making her the unofficial copywriter of Quite Strong. She’s currently focusing on freelance projects out of the Quite Strong studio.
By night she is a rollerskater, a ukulele player, and an avid collector of oval picture frames. She’s usually riding her vintage Schwinn around town or planning another backpacking adventure to a far away land. Born in Soviet Russia and growing up in Los Angeles has given her a unique and eclectic perspective. She is madly in love with the city of Chicago.
